We found that it was possible to fit a lot of the new material under the existing section headings. However, we nowhave newsections on bidisperse porous media, local thermal nonequilibrium, electrodiffusion, transverse heterogeneity in channels, thermal development of forced convection, effects of temperature-dependent viscosity, constructal multiscale flow structures, optimal spacings for plates separated by porous structures, control of convection using vertical vibration, and bioconvection.
